I give both of us a pep talk to make it through today, and ride the wave (of bad mental/physical health, ADHD brain, busyness, etc, etc).
Lots of things get in the way of creativity, goals, and plans, and self worth, but we don’t have to be productive to deserve to exist
When it feels like you *don’t* even want to do the things you *know* you want to do
Whatever you’re going through, consider me your also-struggling sidekick
Carefully walking that line between giving yourself rest when you need it and a kick in the pants to get started with things you want to do
